## Caption

On March 12, 2020, Cindy Parlow Cone made history as the first female President of U.S. Soccer, becoming one of only ten female federation presidents across FIFA’s 211 member associations. A National Soccer Hall of Famer, two-time Olympic gold medalist, and former USWNT star with 158 caps and 75 goals, her impact on the game extends far beyond the field.

Under her leadership, U.S. Soccer secured a landmark equal pay agreement with the USWNTPA and USNSTPA, setting a global standard for equality in international soccer. This historic CBA was signed at Audi Field in Washington, D.C. on September 6, 2022.
