After an inspiring keynote, Dionne Nugent of JPS asked how women can break barriers in this male-dominated field. Joanna Osawe, President & CEO of WiRE Canada, acknowledged the challenges but encouraged women to keep pushing forward, just as our incredible awardees have. 

With only 5.4% of Fortune 500 CEOs being women, the journey is tough—but change is happening.
