In Colorado, we have a very promising hemp industry with a bright future.  Joining with Governor Jared Polis and our leaders at the Agriculture Department, we recently filed comments to make the case for a more sound federal approach in this area than proposed by the USDA--respecting our authority and expertise as well as taking a more sensible stance on how to regulate this industry.⠀
