Colorado, along with a coalition of states, is fighting in court against the "unprecedented” action of the EPA of revoking an already granted waiver under the Clean Air Act.⠀

Coloradans care about air quality and addressing climate change.  Given that "emissions from the transportation sector, including cars and trucks, now rank as the largest single source of greenhouse gases," it is critical that we put in place effective mileage standards. ⠀
