## Caption

Our office successfully challenged the "refusal of care" rule, which authorized health care providers to withhold even life-saving care if they cited a moral objection.  This would mean, for example, that a doctor or health care provider could refuse to save the life of a mother by providing an abortion.  This rule turned the Hippocratic Oath on its head and deserved to be overturned.⠀
