Protecting women’s right to choose is about autonomy, dignity, and equal protection of the law for all. To protect access to birth control and reproductive rights, my Office has taken a number of important actions.  In one action, we sued to protect the Affordable Care Act’s requirement that employer-provided health insurance policies cover birth control at no cost to women.⠀
