Transport yourself to a tropical paradise with this Piña Colada Sorbet 🍍🥥 Served in a pineapple bowl for the ultimate island vibe.

Ingredients:
-3 cups frozen pineapple
-1 cup cream of coconut
-1/2 cup white rum
-3.5 tbsp. lime juice
-1/2 cup coconut milk
-2 tbsp. agave
-toasted coconut for garnish

Directions:

* Blend all ingredients in a blender aside from the toasted coconut. Transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for 4 hours.
* Once frozen, scoop into a hollowed-out pineapple half and top with toasted coconut.
* Serve and enjoy!
