Soggy sourdough is out, crisp bottomed pies are in. 🍕
 
The likes of Franco Manca and Pizza Pilgrims were some of the first brands to bring quality pizzas to the capital, apart from sweaty cousin Andrew’s favourite spot that is. Fast forward a few years and it’s the pies from across the pond that is flooding our Instagram feed.
