This strawberry version of the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar using icelandicprovisions Strawberry Oatmilk Skyr was absolutely DIVINE!!! I love the dark, pistachio version of this incredibly chocolate bar, but I KNEW I wanted to try a strawberry version and the Oatmilk Skyr was PERFECT. It’s so thick and creamy and imparts the brightest strawberry flavor. The Strawberry Oatmilk Skyr also packs 12 grams of plant-based protein in each serving (I have one after every workout!).

And I genuinely think you can make your friends quite happy indeed with this crunchy confection. It’s not nearly as hard to make as I thought it would be and I didn’t need to do anything fancy like bust out a thermometer or otherwise temper my chocolate to achieve the delightful “snap” you hear. And, of course, you can make this using dark chocolate, if that’s your fancy! I just thought the white chocolate with the pink looked so pretty!
