Hyrox Workout 🏋🏽‍♀️🤩

A month ago I did a Hyrox Physical Fitness Test crushed it, and was rewarded a free Hyrox entry! Ever since then I’ve been watching all the Hyrox content on social media and learning about the race. I’ve been working on my training plan for Hyrox in Anaheim in December🤩 I’m so excited to see how I do in this race and challenge myself to something new! I can’t wait to share my workouts from now until December💪🏽🌟
