216STIX SATURDAY: MEET DEVIN🤩
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
YEARS ON THE TEAM: 9
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
🥁 DRUMMING HISTORY: "I have been playing drums all of my life and started bucket drumming with Elec Simon at the age of 13. I played in my high school's marching band, jazz band, and indoor drumline. From there, I studied music and was the center snare of The University of Toledo. After college, I maintained a professional drumming career playing and touring for rock bands and Elec Simon as well as being an educator for music in various schools across Ohio before joining the Qstix/216stix in 2017!"⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
🎵 DREAM PERFORMANCE: "Any major music festival and Pharrell Williams with my band Red Rose Panic"
⁣⁣⁣
🎉 WHAT MAKES THE STIX UNIQUE: "We all come from different styles and backgrounds so we are like a percussion gumbo! We have drummers that are extremely technical and some drummers that work off improvisation but it always meshes well together."⁣⁣
