- Grind 20g of coffee

- Pour to the water line (160ml)

- Plunge after 2 minutes 

🥜🫙 Chestnut Praline Syrup

- 110g pecans

- 100g chestnuts

- 250g brown sugar

- 130g water

- 5g vanilla

- Pinch of sea salt 

🎩 Topping

- 1/2 tsp ground cloves

- 1 tsp nutmeg + cinnamon (each)

- 3 tsp sugar

- 1/4 tsp sea salt

- 2 crushed ginger snap cookies 

🧋 Latte

- 25g syrup

- 1/2 coffee concentrate

- 6oz milk
