Organic Mojo Marinated Wild Hog Loin seasoned with our Lemon Pepper. After my 12 year old harvested it, I looked over while cooking breakfast and he was blasting this song from his turtleboxaudio Ranger and dancing. 😂

The full video is dropping soon, but I took the loins out of the hog with a montanaknifecompany. I made a homemade mojo marinade and marinated it for 5-6 hours. Seasoned it with our lemon pepper and smoked it on the mill.scale offset smoker at 275° with post oak until it hot 140° internal temp. I paired it with ehtaylorbourbon from buffalotracedistillery. This was delicious and special!!!
