A crown roast of pork is a classic hoiday dish. It’s a beautiful centerpiece on your Holiday table and it’s also fairly inexpensive. This 9lb was $53 and made 14 thick chops. 

I brined in our Bird Baptism Brine (it’s not only for poultry), seasoned it with our Honey Hog, cooked it in a traegergrills and glazed it with bigwickstx Holiday Cranberry Jalapeño. It’s a hit every Christmas!
