I fried a turkey in rendered bacon fat! baconupbacongrease sent me a tub of their rendered bacon fat, so I brined a turkey in Meat Church Bird Baptism Brine & seasoned with BLANCO. My god, this was delicious! I paired it with a blantons_bourbon Gold from buffalotracedistillery was a gift from my buddy ricklhart.
