We are 2 days away from the Super Bowl of cooking. Comment “turkey” and I’ll DM you a link to my 20 different turkey recipes that all have a corresponding how-to video! This 400 clove garlic turkey and gravy, spatchcock turkey, 3 different boneless turkey breasts, bone in turkey breast, fried turkey, smoke fried turkey, turkey legs and my favorite “Smoked Turkey, Stuffing & Gravy.”

My Pro Tips:
1.) Brine your turkey - this is easily the #1 compliment I hear from our customers YEAR round!
2.) Cook small turkeys - 10-12 lbs. Don’t buy clickbait 20 lbs turkeys. They are harder to cook properly and frankly don’t taste as good.
3.) I recommend spatchcock a turkey (removing the backbone to cook it flat). Cooks more evenly and quicker.
4.) Use an instant read thermometer. All the pros us it and it they don’t they are guessing. Pull that bird by 160 MAX in the breast.
5.) Rest the turkey at least 30 mins. Gordan Ramsey recommends to rest as long as you cook, but I leave that to you.
6.) Prep in advance so you can enjoy this time with your family. Or, if you don’t like them, hang out at the smoker or fryer all day and get smashed

Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for trusting us to help you with this special cook!!!!!!!
