## Caption

“Not a Philly Cheesesteak” made with smoked brisket seasoned and topped with Cooper Rush Cheese. Instead of using traditional ribeye meat and standard Cooper sharp, I put my Texas BBQ twist on these and elevated them with smoked brisket that was seasoned with Meat Church Holy Cow and smoked the Cooper sharp (hence the name _cooperrush).
