A Weller 12 Gold Rush. I love this cocktail in the Fall. Cheers to the weekend!

• 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 3/4 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey/water mixed over low heat)
• 2 oz wellerbourbon 12

Shake 8-10 seconds. I had to stir here because my shaker cup wasn’t handy. Pour over a rock or cubes. Garnish with a twisted lemon peel. Enjoy!
