✨ N E O N  T A S S E L S ✨ 

Bright, fluffy, and full of fun! These tissue paper tassels are perfect for adding a pop of color to helium balloons, balloon garlands, arches, walls—pretty much anything!

To give these tassels some extra sparkle, I mixed in iridescent and metallic tissue paper 💖. I always follow the tried-and-true method from featheredfoxdesignsla she has a free tutorial linked in her bio, and if you’re not following her yet, you should be! She’s incredibly talented.

A few details:
✂️ My paper cutter is an affordable X-Acto guillotine from Staples.
🎁 The iridescent and metallic tissue paper is from hobbylobby in the gift wrap section.
✨ I cut the strips as close together as possible for that extra fluffy look!
