✨💙 70th BIRTHDAY 💙✨

This balloon hoop was perfect for this husband and wife 70th birthday celebration. The only way I will do Navy outside in the summer is in the shade and also double stuffing them in clear bobo balloons for some extra protection. Dark color balloons + direct sun = a big no no for me.
