Making a splash with these adorable yellow submarine balloons! 🚤💛 They were the perfect touch for this little one’s first birthday bash. Dive into the fun with us and order your balloons today 🌊🎈 

I enjoy creating for new and different themes. This was for a submarine loving one year old. It can sometimes be a challenge when there isn’t much out there for a theme. But at the same time it makes you think outside the box and come up with design ideas you haven’t tried before. 

I couldn’t find yellow submarine balloons that would work with the other colors I was using so I spray painted the small ones and hand painted a few sections on the large submarine. I made the waves on the number one with 160’s and 260’s
