I’m working on transitioning from a chronic worrier to an action-taker. I’ve learned that stressing over life’s uncontrollables only clouds the path to solutions. there’s literally no magic formula to beat stress, just a conscious choice to let go of what we can’t control. I’m still on this journey, imperfectly progressing each day, and if this resonates, know you’re not alone. embrace action over anxiety.
