New training block ongoing 📈, prepping for hyroxme Sjarger race in 3 weeks time 🫡. 

Was great switching back to OCR for some time in Dubai for the NAS400 comp, but now it’s time to get back prepping and having focus on hyroxworld 🚀

Im also attending the Hybrid Games next weekend in Birmingham hosted by esncom / esncom.uk 🙌 Excited for a fun and different event 👏
