Stoked about the electrifying experience of doing the Hyrox Worlds Team Relay representing Denmark this Sunday🇩🇰🥳

Thank you to my teammates fitbyturker laura_valgreen & oscar_petersen for giving their absolute best & some fun days!
What an inspiration & thrill of watching so many incredible athletes killing it and showcasing their athletic abilities this weeknd🤯🔥
Thank you hyroxworld for a different and cool experience to add to my athletic career 🫶 

And yend, quite a few have commented on - “Well is it smart to race, when you have the OCR European Championships coming up this weekend?” And no, probably not. 

But I am happy I gave myself the opportunity for this experience. Having a long career always doing what is the “right thing to do” preparation-wise often - I felt like it was ok to let myself get this experience 🇩🇰

I am now using the next few days here in Italy, getting ready for a full weekend of competing in the European Championships in OCR is this weekend in Italy 🇮🇹 Ready to give it my best 🔥
