But sometimes, despite our efforts, things don’t go as planned😞 Last Sunday was one of those days for me… The disappointment of falling short of my expectations is real. 😩 and it has taking me some days to rest and reflect, and on top is this I have been through surgery (non-critical) - so kind of like my health wanted to match my feelings πŸ€•β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή I have been frustrated about the inconsistency in judging that affected the outcome for me in burpee broad-jumps.
