HYROX Copenhagen: 1:06:27 🔥💥⚡️💪

Quite proud of this time, taking my racing schedule and traveling these past weeks in account! I got 🥈overall, after laura_valgreen who smashed 🥇. Way to go my fellow Dane 🇩🇰 

Atmosphere running here in Copenhagen was absolutely amazing, so much support out there from the community and friends 🫶 Thank you so much to everyone who cheered me on 🙏🏻

Things I improved:
- Sledge pull (fastest time overall)
- Wall balls (my fastest time ever 4:35 total)

Things I need to work on: 
- Sledge push (legs where so mashed after)
- Lunges (just 🤯)
- even faster wall balls ⚡️
