2024 Grind is on 💪💫✨🏋🏼‍♀️

Took a well-needed 3 weeks of structured training after spartan World Champs, with super low volume, making it much easier to find the motivation again here at the start of 2024!

It’s time for some base building strength wise- and during this period I have had time to take in some more fun training events 🙌  Kicking off the first weekend of 2024 with 2 OCR training events (battlefieldocr & ocrtrainingdenmark ) in great company of the very cold Danish weather ❄️🥶😂

The cold won’t last that long for me though, as I Friday fly out to host a training camp with leonkofoed_ in the Philippines 🇵🇭💫🙌 Super excited!
