First order of business at ZZ's? Kuruma Ebi, available at ZZ's Japanese Brasserie. Sourced live from Kyushu's summer waters, these tiger prawns are a culinary marvel, embodying the essence of the Edomae sushi tradition.

Experience their stunning crimson hue when cooked, complemented by a sublime sweetness, umami richness, and a luxurious texture that's simply unmatched.
