Ahead of tomorrow's Gaza hostage and prisoner swap there's mounting concern about a possible repeat of the chaotic scenes from Thursday's handover of Israeli hostage Arbel Yehuda by Palestinian militant groups.

You can see the terror etched on Yehudi's face. A former Red Cross chief condemned the chaos during today's hostage release in Gaza today calling it "psychological torture" but also "risky."

And that's partly because a single false step - like harm, even inadvertently, being caused to one of the hostages - risks a premature end to the hostage/prisoner swap and ceasefire and a possible return to conflict. Meaning many thousands of lives depend on tomorrow going smoothly.
