Check this out: meteorologist Nate Byrne with ABC News Australia did something extraordinary. While having a panic live on air during a broadcast he utilized  training that many people get in cognitive behavioral therapy: defusing the panic and stigma about it by telling viewers in real time that he was having a panic and needed a moment. 

So impressive and courageous. And... his colleagues handled it so thoughtfully and with such sensitivity.
