Aid trucks carrying flour to northern Gaza are swarmed. Then shots are fired in the distance and thousands scatter. 

According to UN agencies a quarter of Gazans are in IPC phase 5 (nearly 600,000 people) which means they are at a famine stage and all Gazans face hunger and acute food shortages.
