Pumpkin Pie Spice Dressing! This is a recipe I have made for about 12 years! My mom drinks it from the bowl. 😂 it’s not sweet. As many of you know, pumpkin without all that sugar is just creamy and yummy! Thats what the pumpkin purée does to this dressing. It gives a creaminess usually given by dairy! Then add those quintessential pumpkin pie spices and a little bit of sage and you’re in a full blown fall day! Eating a salad on your patio with a crisp breeze blowing by! This goes great with many flavors. You can even use it to dress a pasta salad!! 
Recipe:
1/2 cup olive oil (or whatever oil you like)
1/4 white wine vinegar (or whatever kind you want)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
1/4 tsp dried sage (double the amount for fresh)
2 tbs pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
Salty and peppy to taste! 
Shake it up and serve over your favorite salad!
