## Caption

Strawberry Basil Ravioli filled with basil ricotta and adorned with strawberry cut outs! 🍓🌿🍝This was a labor of love inspired by my two favorite pieces from a small business I adore - delicacies_jewelry . They’re always coming up with the cutest stuff! Each piece donates meals to the hungry! The strawberry donates 25! Isn’t that awesome? #supportsmallsummer
Filling:
1 cup ricotta (dairy or plant based alternative)
2 tbs cup parmesan cheese (dairy or plant based) 
2 tsp fresh basil , finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bag and add to a piping bag. Place in fridge until ready to use. 
Pasta: 
1 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 
¼ tsp salt
⅓  cup water
2 tsp olive oil
(Food coloring if desired) 
Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix together until well combined.
If the dough is too sticky, add more flour. 
Transfer to a working surface and knead until it is smooth and almost glossy. Place the dough in an airtight container and place in the fridge to rest for at least a half an hour. Repeat the process if desired for multiple colors.
