Harvest Spritz Cocktail + Citrus Herb Goat Cheese 

Serves 4-6
 
Spritz Ingredients:

1.5 cups Natalie’s Tangerine Juice
2 tbsp. agave
½ tsp allspice
4 oz Bourbon 
4 oz lemon juice
La Marca Prosecco 
 
Marinated Goat Cheese Ingredients:

8 oz goat cheese
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp basil, chopped
1 tbsp sage, chopped 
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Zest of 1 tangerine 
 
Instructions:

1.) In a small bowl whisk together the allspice and agave syrup.
2.) In a small pitcher combine the Natalie’s Tangerine with the allspice syrup mixture.
3.) In a flute add 2 oz of the spiced tangerine juice, ½ oz bourbon, ½ oz lemon juice, and top with La Marca Prosecco. 
4.) For the goat cheese, slice or crumble the goat cheese and place it in a shallow dish.
5.) Top with chopped herbs and a pinch of red pepper flakes. 
6.) Pour the olive oil over the entire dish and top with tangerine zest. Enjoy!
