Mix together -over medium heat add 1tbsp butter, apple mixture and flour. Cook for 3min until apples start to barely soften. Remove from heat and set aside -roll out pie crust and cut large circles around the ramekins. Place dough into ramekins and add the apple mixture. Split up the brown sugar butter evenly ontop of the apples -for the top of the pie you can do whatever you want!
