## Caption

strawberry lemon sorbet (pretend it’s still summer 😉) 

Ingredients: 
-4 lemons 
-1lb strawberries 
-1 cup sugar 
-2 cups water 
-optional: 1 shot of vodka 

Recipe: 
-peel 2 lemons and add peels, water, and sugar to a pot. Cook on low until sugar is melted 
-squeeze all 4 lemons. Add lemons and sugar water together (strain out lemon peels). Put in freezer for 30 min 
-wash and cut off stems from strawberries. Add lemon/sugar mixture, and vodka. blend on high for 3 min 
-strain the strawberry mixture and freeze for 30 min 
-add to icecream maker for 20 min. 
-store in an airtight container (not ice cream maker) in freezer
