I had this wrap in Greece and was instantly hooked! It’s such a delicious fast snack/lunch 😝 recipe below!!! 

Ingredients: 
-tortillas (I used a recipe from thecafesucrefarine.com) 
-1-2tbsp katiki domokou (it’s a Greek cream cheese from goat/sheep milk! I’d recommend trying to find some but tzatziki sauce or cream cheese would be great too) 
-1 cucumber 
-1-2 tomatoes 
-bell pepper 
-7ish kalamata olives 
-oregano, salt, pepper to taste 
-drizzle of olive oil 
-balsamic glaze (to taste) 

Recipe: 
-heat up the tortillas 
-chop bell peppers, tomatoes, olives, and cucumbers. Add to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, oregano, salt/pep. Taste and adjust to your liking 
-spread katiki onto the tortilla. Add the veggies and wrap it up!
