Heliskiing in Whistler thanks to gopro !!! 😭🤩 long emotional message below mwuahaha 

This was a dream come true! When GoPro found out my dad and I planned a trip to Whistler this winter they decided to gift us with this once in a life time experience. 

My dad is a volunteer ski patroller in Arizona and has only skied outside of Arizona twice in his whole life. He dedicates all his weekends to the mountain for FREE but in return his family gets to ski for free (thanks dad🤣). This was an amazing sacrifice he made for me and my siblings, and if it wasn’t for him I would never adapted the same love for the winter. Snowboarding/skiing is one of the most expensive sports and I feel so incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to do this regularly, all thanks to my dad! He recognized we couldn’t afford it growing up, so he decided to volunteer all his time to give us such amazing experiences. Now it’s me and GoPro’s turn to give him an experience he’ll never forget.

When GoPro reached out about heli skiing we decided to surprise my dad the day before (more videos on that coming soon). My dad has talked about heli skiing forever and how it’s his #1 dream. It makes me cry thinking that I was able to play a part in making his skiing dreams come true. Thank you so so much GoPro and anitafacundo for changing our lives!!! Lastly, thank you to every single one of YOU. It’s because of your support and kindness that I was able to experience this and be where I am today. I love you all. Best day ever!!!!!
