🔥 @boapilatesnyc — @chelsealoreen_ is the founder & sole instructor of this appointment only studio and it is easily one of the most targeted, difficult & functional classes I’ve taken.

🔥 @formapilatesla — this studio ALWAYS humbles me! It feels like a megaformer class (given the intensity), but on a reformer (which I prefer & think is better on the bod).

🔥 @nofarmethod — take with Nofar herself or @chris_nofarmethod (especially his ninja class) if you want to reallllly take it up a notch.

🔥 @naturalpilates — with @pilatesbystef ONLY if you want a real challenge. IMO she is the best of the best. Class is so well formulated & ultra challenging!
