When Jenny congratulated us I told her she has “led the way all along” ….she has set the precedent for Team NB going to Tokyo and paved the path for American women’s distance running. Words really can’t describe how much I respect her and look up to her and I feel so fortunate to have shared this moment with my idol. 

We will be running our hearts out in Tokyo like she has so many times before.
