I finally made it out to one of The City’s newest bbq joint. This is fusion bbq know for their brisket bao-b-q buns! I seen all the videos and I had to get here asap! 

JUMBO CHICKEN QTR LEG - Super seasoned and hella juicy! I know at most bbq spots everything is cooked prior to opening. If this was steaming hot this would be top tier! 

LEST BRISKET SAMMICH - packed with cuts of brisket with their bbq sauce, pickled onions, pickles and American cheese on Texas toast. Bbq sauce valid and brisket did have a smoke ring. Flavors all there. Me personally id like a more sturdy piece of bread and again I know the brisket has to be made way earlier then opening hours so it wasn’t as hot or fresh as I’d like it. 

OG BRISKET BAO-B-Q - Crazy concept! I like it! Again not hot or steaming like how I’d personally like.

KOREAN COWBOY - Good gojuchang flavor and kinda has a lil spice. This one right here felt and tasted fresher and more recently cooked. 

MAC N CHEESE - Just like the Korean cowboy this was warm and steaming and it felt more recently cooked than the previous items. Super cheesy and thick! Good amount of seasoning! I just wanted to turn it up and added everything else! 

JALEPENO CORN BREAD - Smack! This also felt and tasted fresh. It was def nice and warm. Good flavor! Good texture!
