I don’t know how he comes up with all these crazy creations but I’m all for it! Insane pesto grilled cheese sandwich with shrimp. Bussdown for sure! Got a cheese skirt on both sides that’s crispy, then you got all the melted cheesy goodness inside followed by the lovely pesto sauce and BUSSDOWN chunky shrimp! It is cheesy, greasy and messy but it’s worth it all! Especially with the mango habanero sauce and the cherry peppers that cut thru all of that!
