Closeness to our customers is one of our strategic focuses, and we're constantly evolving our company-wide support time at Buffer to align with team objectives.

At our most recent company retreat in Cancún, Mexico, we did an in-person full company customer support session, which was one of the team’s favorite gatherings! During our 60-minute support session, we got back to over 100 customers with a 100% happiness rating 💜

Supporting our customers' success collectively is not a nice-to-have for Buffer; it's a vital part of our strategy.
