🍕 A SLICE of the Big Apple wouldn't be complete without a trip to DonAntonioNewYork, pizzaiola Giorgia Caporuscio's spot in Midtown (Theater District/Hell's Kitchen), which is among my favorites in the city -- a MUST VISIT!  Their signatures, of course, are the pizza fritta and pizza montanara, but it's their dough, which goes through a 48-hour fermentation process, that has made me a fan.
