After buying my first rental property 2,000+ miles away, I slept on the floor on an air mattress for months while learning how to renovate my first house. 🔨

But that rental property is what changed everything for me 🥰

And after four years of hard work, skipping vacations, and sacrificing nice things buying more rentals…
