My biggest tip when choosing between a few different markets?

Invest where you have a competitive advantage! 🥇

Start where you know someone in that market, like an agent, lender, or investor friend! 

But if you feel like you don’t have a competitive advantage in any market, you could easily create one by connecting with someone in the comments…
