This is a very clever real estate investing hack that I’ve seen come from theficouple (who will be coming to speak at the Out of State Investor Summit btw)! 🎉

They like to use the ‘Starbucks Rule’ to find markets to invest in and buy rentals 🏘️

They look for properties within 3 miles of a store, like Starbucks, which I think is an interesting tactic to use when analyzing potential markets. 🏘️

Starbucks tends to looks for markets and areas that have:

💼 Diverse job population (office workers, industrial workers, etc)

💰Median household income: $60,000

📈 Positive job growth 

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Positive population growth 

(Plus a few others, but these I think are the most relevant to you!) 

If they’re willing to take a multi million dollar bet on a market, wouldn’t you? 👀
