All of these sites have allowed me to scale my real estate portfolio and my business in the last three years!

Let me break them all down for you:

✨helloavail: I self-manage a few of my properties still and Avail is a great site I use to do everything I need to manage properties from thousands of miles away

✨quickbooks: Keeps my bookkeeping organized and up to date

✨notionhq: Helps with my team’s organization and task management for projects!

✨Crexi.com, propstream, and Loopnet: Aside from the MLS, these sites have been great in finding off-market deals and multifamily deals that aren’t commonly found on places like Zillow

✨Canva: Love using this site to create all of my social media content, workbooks, & freebies

✨Convertkit: This is the email provider I use to send out potential deals to all of my private money lenders!

✨manychat: A great way to auto-respond to DM’s with links for new events or free trainings!
