#AD One of my staple items every Target run are the OldElPaso Taco Dinner kits which are part of the btfe program...one of the easiest ways to earn cash for Eddie’s school. These Taco Dinner kits are also perfect for making the best game day snacks too!

How to Make a Blooming Quesadilla:

• Cut soft tortilla in half
• Add cheese and/or shredded chicken
• Roll It Up Starting At The Bottom Corner
• Place ramekin in center of baking sheet
• Place Roll ups around in a circle
• Make Two Layers
• Remove Ramekin and Bake
• When done, add in your Favorite Condiments and ENJOY!
