Spent my weekend morning reminiscing about my recent trip to Shima city in Japan with abccookingstudio_sg ☺️

Got a taste of some of the food creations made from ingredients flown in from Shima, as well as some sake tasting! 🍶 Also got to watch some live demonstration of bonito shaving and Ise-ebi (Shima lobster) handling from the team over at shimacity_official who flew in just for today's event! ☺️

Definitely got me missing a little about the quaint and beautiful trip I took last month and will want to include it in my future trips to Japan if possible too 🫶🏼
